sorry havent replied sooner, I have been busy with your Meltdown program & dealing with the nastiest throat infection / cold i have had in years :(

Some ideas / improvements.....well....the daily posts r fine very motivating. The advice you give is first class & I loved your life story.

The only thing I could suggest is making people aware that there are worse things in life than their problems & issues. I had a perfect wake up call last September, I was wasting my life, unemployed for 18 months lazy drinking alchohol. Felt nobody cared about me so why should I bother ?? then I found out my wifes uncle had motor neuron disease & had been given 6 months at best to live. He is a lovely man used to work for london ambulance services & didnt deserve that.

That was my wake up call, I fished out the M. Mcmanus DVD & watched it, looked up Dax Moy online & the rest as they say is history.

Thank you Dax for all your help & motivation I hope one day I have enough money to pay back your kindness

warm regards

How do you actually acheive your goals. Some are dependent on other people - like sales etc ? i can only do so much to get someone to buy something - I've tried everything but nothing works and i get disheartened and give up.

I had written a lengthy post but maybe it got eaten by the spam filter.

Here is the jist of my comment:
what I feel is missing from the program is a heavier emphasis on what Tony Robbins calles 'chunking' - breaking down the goals into tiny parts that take little effort/time to complete.

Hi, Dax:

The book is great as it is but maybe you should put in a little bit more on visualization and vision statements, and how to avoid or disarm
your internal 'bs' meter going off every time you try to put your goals down on paper. Also, the advice that you gave me when even your significant other won't support your goals how to just do it for me and just tune them out. I hope this helps.

It is wild how the same issues continue to pop up! Is it our very nature? Interesting... Anyway, I find you to be a rock of inspiration, Dax. I know the part of your story that you have shared, but do you have the same issues? Are you focused everyday, or is this a learned discipline? Do you obtain the majority of your goals, or has the positive increased with practice? I have heard it said (Sam Crowley) that it takes 95% of the energy for a space craft to leave the earth, and after that it is cruising....this is an analogy of what it would be for us to get to our goals. Is it this way EVERY time, or just like a snow ball of success rolling down hill getting larger and becoming a force as it moves along?
I have the issues of first believing I can obtain the goal, losing track of my vision, losing clarity(backing up my lack of belief...) and then dropping it all together. Unfortunately, settling is too comfortable for too many of us!
Since a piece of me yearns for more, I always respond to your inspiration, and continue to hope for better results, next time!!!
Thanks again for all your help.
