      Dax all your quotes,your kick me in the butt stuff which i do need very very much ,your magic 100 and your 100 smiles is all awesome i am trying to get through it all while i raise three boys,run a household and a business and try and work out i have recently in the past couple of months have went through some heartache also and trying to get past a recent breakup which i am finding hard to give up but i have to it is not really realistic and it is long distance,,, i am trying not as hard as i shoould be but i am trying i stop for a while and then get back into it your stuff i know i should be more consistant it will probably take me another 100 days to get it right but i will be persistant at keeping at it please keep the motivtional stuff up it does make me get back into it i also have this same problem with my working out this last couple of months have been overwelming and a little hard so bear with me i will eventually get back to a more positive , ambitious self i am not giving up just doing it a turtle pace thanks again for everything

      You are a special person to be sharing your treasure chest with people you don’t know. It is very heartwarming and validating in itself. I read through the different sense lists- which I use as a creative writer teacher . today I will start with the sense of sight, and will share what happens afterward. Slow but steady is my motto with this notebook. thanks a bunch- Rosalie

      Thanks for the download of smiles 100 , but could you let me know something? I read the program-me on adobe reader, and unable to fill out the fields, do I have to print this out or is there some other way to use it on my P C? Yours Sincerely

      Hello Dax,
      One of my sight, touch items that makes me smile is the beautiful fall leaf. I collected different colored leave when I was in N.Y with my three year old niece, and we had such fun and smiles looking for the pretty colors. My mother told me that she saw a particularly pretty one, and was sending it to me. that sure brought a smil back to me! thanks for your wonderful notebook, It’s an endless activity! Rosalie
