- Start by putting more money towards sponsored charities like Diabetes UK and Cancer research.
- Find local volunteer opportunities in my area and do one every month.
- Find volunteer places that take disadvantaged children away for weeks holidays and commit my time to it.
spiritual
- Read more spiritual texts and just more in general.
- Schedule in more time for just me where I literally do nothing, especially meditation adn relaxation.
- Make sure I spend time each day reflecting on what happened, what went well, what didn’t and what I’d change or do better then plan and organise the next day’s priorities to fit in with my weekly plan.
